Michelle's Custom Bottles

MIRAGE BOTTLE
The mirage bottle has the exact same designs as Jeannie’s second season bottle but the base coat on the bottle is the type that changes color at different angles. I am still working on photos that will show this shimmering transformation but so far I have not succeeded in capturing it. The bottle appears to shift color from a deep blue almost black color to plum and forest green. It is especially brilliant in sunlight. This was a special commission from me and Michelle was kind enough to oblige me! I had purchased a fantastic mirage bottle from Daryl James and I wanted one from Michelle too.

MOTHER’S BOTTLE
After Michelle’s second season bottle or even on a par with it in my esteem and admiration is her rendition of Jeannie’s Mother’s bottle. I purchased Patrick’s Mother’s bottle and I liked the concept but not his execution so I again commissioned one from Michelle. She e-mailed me saying this was the hardest bottle she ever did because the ivory base coat on the bottle was so unforgiving of the least little bit of stray paint that she had to start the whole thing over several times. There is much more to the story but that will wait for another venue, suffice to say this is another of Michelle’s most perfect Jeannie bottles that I treasure!!
