Reunion

BOTTLE:
The reunion bottle has never been one of my favorite bottles nor were the reunion movies all that great. It is hard to determine precisely the color scheme of the reunion bottles but I think that dan has captured it quite well. The base coat of the bottle is a darker blueish purple and like Dan’s other bottles the design work is immaculate but still a bit to fine. Too many artists have more angular arches on their reunion bottles but dan has captured that art decoish angularity with the gradual curvature that characterized the original reunion bottle. One of the finer points of the reunion bottle design is the alternating joins on the lower arches. Instead of the arches being open at the bottom of the triangles they crisscross which is a variation on the theme that I am uncertain if it was deliberate, practical or simply an oversight in capturing the original design.

PROS:
One of the better reunion bottles both in color and design.

CONS:
The design work is a bit to thin and the arch design is not in keeping with the original.
