 BACKGROUND:
Early in my search for Jeannie’s bottle I found a listing for a second season bottle design guide on eBay as I was curious about what all went into creating Jeannie’s bottle. The guide I bought was from Shannon and it proved two things to me, she knew what she was doing and I would never be able to paint my own bottle! Shannon and I exchanged e-mail several times concerning a commission for one of her second season bottles but as Christmas was nearing we both became too busy to consummate a commission. About a year after our initial contact we touched base again and I acquired a second season bottle and most recently her take on a cartoon styled ceramic bottle. I really thought I was beyond being impressed with another artists work considering the variety of bottles that I have but I was stunned with the quality of her work and the fidelity to my recollection of Jeannie’s bottle.
